Terms of Service

Effective date: September 15, 2026

These Terms govern your use of payprog.com (the "Site") and every purchase you make from Payprog, the trading name of ERJH BE LLC, located in Phoenix, AZ. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy form part of these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate, current and complete information whenever you order or create an account.

2. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us at support@payprog.com straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Products and prices

We sell Electronics Accessories. Products are described on their own pages, and we may change, update or withdraw any listing without notice. All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise; the full amount, including tax, is displayed at checkout before you confirm. We may correct pricing or description errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, in which case we will tell you and give you the option to cancel.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods, and we may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example where fraud is suspected or stock is unavailable. If you wish to cancel, contact support@payprog.com as early as possible; an order that has already been processed or shipped may not be cancellable.

5. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments. There are no hidden charges: every cost is shown before you confirm.

6. Shipping

We deliver only within the United States, to all 50 states, and standard shipping is free with no minimum order. International delivery is not available. Processing times, transit times and tracking are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage or an incorrect item, within the window and under the conditions described in our Refund & Returns Policy, which you should read before ordering.

8. Using the products

Our products are accessories for phones, tablets, laptops and desks. Follow the instructions and load limits given on each product page and in the packaging – for example the device sizes a stand supports, the desk thickness a clamp accepts or the weight a riser carries. Mounts intended for vehicles must be fitted before driving. We are not responsible for damage to a device, desk or wall caused by use outside those instructions.

9. Intellectual property

Everything on the Site – text, product images, logos, graphics and layout – belongs to or is licensed by Payprog and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or otherwise use any of it without our prior written consent.

10. Prohibited conduct

When using the Site you agree not to:

• do anything unlawful or fraudulent;
• interfere with the Site's security or operation;
• scrape, copy or republish Site content without permission;
• upload malicious code of any kind;
• attempt to access any part of the Site or its systems without authorisation.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the Site accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither Payprog nor ERJH BE LLC is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages – including lost data, revenue or profits – arising from your use of the Site or the purchase of our products.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ERJH BE LLC, its officers and employees from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information and applies to all use of the Site.

15. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, strikes, supplier failure, power or network outages, or government action. If such an event affects your order we will tell you and, where we cannot deliver within a reasonable time, refund you in full.

16. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies referred to in them, are the whole agreement between you and ERJH BE LLC concerning the Site and replace any earlier understandings.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and of the United States. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site will be heard by the courts located in State of Arizona.

19. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version and its effective date will be posted here, and continuing to use the Site afterwards means you accept the changes.
