Payprog orders are processed within 0-1 business days and delivered by standard shipping in 2-3 business days. Your tracking number is e-mailed the moment the parcel is dispatched. Paste it below and we will open the carrier's tracking page for you; or sign in with your checkout e-mail to see every order, its status and its tracking link.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
How the updates work
- Order confirmation — immediately after checkout, with the order number.
- Dispatch notice — when the carrier has the parcel; this is the e-mail that carries the tracking number.
- Carrier scans — each hand-off appears on the tracking page until delivery.
When the tracking does not update
Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan. If the page has been static for several days, or shows delivered while nothing has turned up, e-mail support@payprog.com with your order number. We raise a trace with the carrier and replace or refund a parcel that is confirmed lost.
