This policy describes what personal information Payprog ("we", "us") collects through payprog.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. By using the site or placing an order you agree to the practices described here.

1. What we collect

Details you give us. When you order, create an account, subscribe to our emails or contact support, we receive your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, the products you bought, your order history and the content of your messages to us.

Payment details. We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, which handles your card data under PCI-DSS standards. Full card numbers and payment credentials are never stored on our own servers.

Details collected automatically. Our systems record your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, the pages you view, the site that referred you and the time of each visit.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and comparable tools to keep the site working, remember your cart and preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking them may stop some features from working properly.

3. Why we use your information

• To take payment, ship your order and handle returns and refunds.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To detect and prevent fraud and unauthorised transactions.
• To improve the site, our products and our service.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
• To send you news and offers, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with third parties that help us run the store:

• Our e-commerce platform, which hosts the site and the checkout.
• Shopify Payments and other payment providers, to process transactions.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your parcel.
• Analytics providers, to measure site performance.

We may also disclose information when the law, a regulator or a court requires it, or when necessary to protect our rights, property or safety. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone for marketing purposes.

5. Marketing emails

If you subscribe to our newsletter or tick the marketing box at checkout, we will send occasional emails about new products and offers. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and opting out never affects your orders or support. We do not send text-message marketing.

6. Links to other sites

The Site may contain links to carriers' tracking pages, payment providers or other services we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies before sharing information with them.

7. Where your information is processed

We operate from the United States and our service providers store and process information there. By using the Site you understand that your information will be handled in the United States under US law.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to fulfil orders, provide support, comply with legal requirements and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, and all traffic between your browser and our servers is SSL/TLS encrypted. No online system is completely secure, however, and we cannot promise absolute protection.

10. Your rights and choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to tell you what we hold. You can opt out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. Send any request to support@payprog.com.

11. California residents (CCPA)

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you further rights:

• Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to delete your personal information, subject to the exceptions the law allows.
• Right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell it; should that ever change we will provide a clear opt-out.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

12. Children

The site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them (COPPA). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

13. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page.
