Payment Methods

Paying at Payprog should take a minute and leave no surprises. This page explains what we accept, how your card details are protected and what to do if a payment does not go through.

Ways to pay

How your payment is protected

All transactions are handled by Shopify Payments, which meets PCI-DSS standards. The connection between your browser and the checkout is protected by SSL/TLS encryption, and full card numbers or payment credentials are never stored on our servers.

Prices and totals

Every price on the site is in US Dollars (USD). The complete amount you will be charged – product price plus any applicable sales tax – is displayed at checkout before you place the order. Standard shipping is free within the United States, and there are no hidden fees.

When your card is charged

Your payment method is charged at the moment your order is placed. A confirmation email follows within a few minutes; if it does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder and then write to support@payprog.com so we can resend it.

If a payment is declined

• Double-check the billing name, address and card details you entered.
• Make sure the card has sufficient available funds.
• Ask your bank whether it has placed a restriction on online purchases.
• Try one of the other payment methods offered at checkout.

If none of that helps, contact us and we will look into it with you.
